For the design of different catalyst combinations, it is of great significance to explore the process conditions for the preparation of C4 olefins from ethanol. Firstly, we analyzed the correlation between temperature and ethanol conversion rate and C4 olefin selectivity through Pearson correlation analysis. The gray correlation analysis is used to determine the degree of influence of the influencing factors on C4 olefin selectivity and ethanol conversion rate. Secondly, Random forest model is used to determine the groups we need. Without limiting the temperature, the optimal prediction result Y is obtained when CoSiO2 is 200, Co loading is 1.0, HAP is 200.0, ethanol is 1.68, and the temperature is 350 oC. When the limit temperature is less than 350oC, the prediction results are optimal when the temperature is 325 oC, CoSiO2 is 200.0, Co loading is 2.0, HAP is 200.0, and ethanol is 1.68.
