When manufacturing deviation occurs in the manufacturing process of civil aircraft manufacturers, the contact engineering department will determine whether manufacturing deviation has customer impact according to engineering criteria. For manufacturing deviation with customer impact, the concession acceptance application form (hereinafter referred to as CR) is formed. In the commercial negotiation part of the aircraft delivery stage, namely, the business negotiation and claim are conducted around each CR produced by a single aircraft. The main research of this paper is to identify the sensitivity of customers (airlines) to manufacturing deviation, and to determine which projects need to be reworked to restore the drawing state, and which need to consider design optimization. The final reduction of aircraft delivery phase, due to manufacturing deviation from the amount of claims.
