Plastic concrete has the characteristics of low elasticity, low strength and good anti-seepage performance. At the same time, it can adapt to foundation deformation and bear force jointly with the foundation. Its triaxial mechanical properties can better reflect the actual stress situation of plastic concrete in engineering application. Deepening the research on triaxial mechanical properties plays a certain role in improving the safety of plastic concrete structures and saving construction costs. It is necessary to study the effect of different loading rates on the dynamic properties of plastic concrete under triaxial loading. The results show that when the confining pressure is 0.4MPa, the strength and peak strain of plastic concrete with strength less than 5.0MPa are more sensitive to small loading rate; For plastic concrete with strength above 5.0MPa, its strength is more sensitive to large loading rate, and the influence of loading rate on peak strain is basically the same in the range of 400N/s-1200N/s.
