According to the combining principle of fuzzy theory and analytical hierarchy process, this paper establishes comprehensive evaluation system of enterprise combined strength of equipment manufacturing, and it also establishes mathematics model of scale ability, gaining ability, operating ability and risk resistance. By means of analysis of the enterprise combined strength and potential developmental ability of equipment manufacturing, the paper realizes comprehensive evaluation of enterprise combined strength and sustainability studies of equipment manufacturing. So it will provide scientific basis for establishing finance strategy of raising enterprise competing ability.
