Considering the signal shielding and transmission distance, the performance requirements of coal mine underground equipment for remote control system are put forward, the design requirements of remote control system for pairing safety, control reliability, operation safety and explosion-proof design are put forward, and this paper introduces in detail the use of frequency matching and identification code to realize pairing safety, the combination of electromagnetic anti-interference and FEC error correction, CRC verification, command failure, data confirmation and watchdog to realize control reliability, the setting of operation combination key, operation command aging judgment, power on self-test to ensure operation safety, and the strength and explosion-proof design of receiver shell to realize explosion-proof safety design. The practical application shows that the application of wireless remote control device in coal mine equipment improves the work efficiency and safety, and improves the working environment of the workers.
