In order to avoid the disadvantages of manually adjusting cooling water when MPCVD equipment is running, reduce the fluctuation of inlet and outlet temperature difference of cooling water and realize the automatic control of cooling water temperature difference, a MPCVD automatic cooling control system based on fuzzy PID is designed. With STM32 as the core, set up the control system hardware, using C# to write the upper computer software. The experimental results show that the Fuzzy PID control can reduce the temperature fluctuation of cooling water compared with the traditional PID control, and the final temperature fluctuation is controlled within ±1.5℃.
