Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional industrial control systems such as high energy consumption and low integration, a motion control strategy based on CMC chip is proposed. Firstly, integrating the motion control module, central management unit and input and output modules on a system-on-chip to achieve a high degree of integration. Secondly, establishing an overall motion control system plan. Finally, using the Digital Differential Analyze (DDA) algorithm to achieve motion control. Linear interpolation and circular interpolation are tested and analyzed. The results show that the motion control method proposed in this paper can complete the specified motion trajectory excellently, which has important guiding significance for the research of industrial motion control system.
