The fault tree analysis method is used to locate and analyze the causes of sealing failure of hydraulic control valve. The valve cover is loose and the leakage rate exceeds the standard due to unreasonable sealing structure design and anti loosening structure design. Through the mechanism analysis of the reasons for the sealing failure of the hydraulic control valve, the modification and optimization measures of the auxiliary sealing structure of the peripheral water line and the sealing structure of the inner ring are taken to realize the performance index of 30% of the sealing compression rate, successfully solve the sealing failure problem caused by the excessive leakage rate of the hydraulic control valve, and pass the leakage rate and life test verification.
