Aiming at the problem that the traditional PID control method can not adjust the parameters according to the actual working conditions under the complex working conditions and frequent speed changes of the rotor pump, this study designs a servo rotor pump speed controller combining BP neural network and traditional PID control, and applies the designed BP neural network PID controller to the system speed closed-loop control, Realize the automatic tuning of PID parameters. Simulation and verification on the MATLAB platform, the final results show that the rotor pump speed control system based on BP neural network PID control has the advantages of small overshoot and strong robustness, which can realize the stable control of the rotor pump speed and improve the transmission of the rotor pump. performance. The research ideas in this paper provide a realistic and feasible control method for this type of pump in the actual application process.
