Special shaped tobacco has brought great challenges to the existing tobacco packaging system. This paper designs a set of special-shaped tobacco verification system based on AIoT. It uses machine vision technology to obtain clear abnormal smoke pictures, and then inputs the abnormal smoke pictures into the trained depth neural network model to complete detection and verification. AIoT architecture well balances the huge amount of computing required by the system. Through experimental verification, the accuracy of system verification is high, which is helpful to realize industrial automation.
