At present, intelligent substation has followed IEC 61850 standard to fulfill secondary system logic loop modeling, resulting in lack of physical loop model. The information related to the circuit of the substation is only displayed and transmitted through the design drawings, which is not conducive to the digitization and intellectualization of the whole process of design, operation and maintenance. Therefore, referring to the language of SCL and SPCD in intelligent substation, this paper proposes a physical circuit modeling method based on secondary panel and cabinet in substation and an intelligent connection design method of secondary physical circuit based on typical template library. This method is convenient for designers to carry out the modeling and design of physical loop logic model of substation 3D design secondary system, improve the efficiency of engineering design, and provide the required secondary panoramic loop model for digital operation and maintenance.
