This paper analyzes the CAE related contents of material lightweight commercial vehicle cab, including common cab CAE model, stiffness and modal analysis of CAE model, lightweight material design, static stiffness analysis, dynamic performance analysis, etc. Combined with the main points of material lightweight commercial vehicle cab modeling, its contents involve cab modeling, vibration isolation system modeling, suspension and shock absorber modeling, seat system modeling, etc. By studying the related contents of lightweight optimization design of commercial vehicle cab, its purpose is to accumulate valuable application data and lay a foundation for orderly promotion of commercial vehicle cab modeling activities.
