As a product that enhances people's happiness in toileting in winter and improves sanitary conditions, smart toilets have been accepted by many consumers. The seat temperature performance directly affects the comfort of the user. If the temperature of the seat is too high, it may cause burns to the user, while the temperature is too low to improve the experience of use. Herein, this article uses a variety of detection methods to study the performance of seat temperature of smart toilets. It is found that 6-points, 10-points, and 26-points are more reasonable test methods to evaluate the temperature of the seat. Meanwhile, the test results show that smart toilets perform good in properties of seat temperature and its uniformity. In 2020, the proportion of tested products that meet the level 1 requirement is approximately 82.5%.
