Constructing a reasonable cabin environment assessment to assess and evaluate the rest environment of a civil aircraft is an important guarantee for its safety and comfort. Based on the system engineering theory, this paper captures the needs of stakeholders in the cabin rest area, and derives the design requirements on the basis of functional analysis, thereby forming an evaluation index system for the rest environment in civil aircraft. Based on multiple rounds of questionnaire evaluations by the expert group, the factor set of the evaluation index was constructed, and finally the evaluation index model of the cabin rest environment was established.
