Electromagnetic harmonic movable teeth drive is a new type of compound drive. In order to further improve the volume and efficiency of the drive system, it is necessary to study the design method of relevant parameters. Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional parameter design methods, this paper proposes a new design method, that is, using the fuzzy optimization theory, two objective functions with the smallest volume and the largest transmission efficiency are established. Through the optimization mathematical model, the parameter optimization calculation of the parameter constraint conditions and the membership function of the constraint boundary are carried out, and the optimization example is solved by MATLAB, Compared with the original calculation parameters, the effectiveness of the design method is verified.
