Warehousing is an important part of enterprise production activities. Many enterprises are equipped with automated threedimensional warehouses, but most of the automated three-dimensional warehouses currently have problems of low operating efficiency and poor stability. In order to improve the operation efficiency and stability of the automated warehouse, a corresponding mathematical model was constructed according to the shortest entry and exit time and the principle of upper and lower weight, and the genetic algorithm was used to perform programming simulation solution in MATLAB. The final results show that the warehouse storage efficiency and stability have been greatly improved after optimization. This research conclusion has certain reference value for related enterprises.
