The dynamic characteristics of frame circuit breaker directly affect its operation reliability. It is of great significance to realize the self-diagnosis of circuit breaker working performance by detecting the dynamic characteristics within the service life of frame circuit breaker. The closing and opening dynamic process of circuit breaker is taken as the research target. Based on the principle of dynamic characteristic test, the dynamic process detection is realized by using the identification method of rotating shaft displacement characteristics, and the experimental test data is compared with the actual data. The research results provide a new idea for realizing the self-diagnosis of circuit breaker operation process.
