In order to improve the use experience of intelligent medical delivery robot and improve the distribution efficiency. The FAHP and QFD integrated innovative design concept model is applied to the innovative design of intelligent medical delivery robot. FAHP is used to determine the weight of customer demand of QFD, and the design strategy is proposed by exploring customer core demand through QFD. By demonstrating the detailed design steps of intelligent medical delivery robot, the feasibility and effectiveness of this design mode are verified, providing new ideas for the innovative design of other products.
