In order to realize the intelligent management of hospitals, it solves the problems of low efficiency and waste of labor resources in traditional manual delivery methods. This paper designs an intelligent medicine delivery car system with STM32F1 as the main control chip, including camera module, motor drive module, loading and unloading detection module, Bluetooth communication module and LED indicator module. OpenMV is used as the visual processor to identify the ward number, and the line can be tracked through the gray-scale tracking sensor, and different paths between the pharmacy and the ward can be planned, which can be adapted to different hospital corridor environments. Choosing the corresponding route can quickly and accurately deliver the medicine to the corresponding ward. The limit switch is used as drug loading detection, and Bluetooth is used as wireless communication to build a communication bridge between two smart drug delivery vehicles to realize the coordinated drug delivery function of the two vehicles. The experimental results show that the intelligent medicine delivery car can realize the medicine distribution operation of hospital pharmacies and wards, can greatly improve the efficiency of medicine delivery, and has the advantages of high response rate, sustainable work and high efficiency.
