Considering the advent of the era of artificial intelligence, the acceptance and use of intelligent personal assistants has important theoretical and practical significance. Based on the integrated technology acceptance theory, this study analyzes the internal and external factors and the psychological mechanisms that influence the willingness and behavior of intelligent personal assistant users, and the study also empirically analysis 374 users as samples. The results show that performance expectation, effort expectation, and hedonic motivation have significant positive effects on users' willingness to use intelligent personal assistants. Facilitating conditions have a significant positive effect on the willingness and behavior of users’ use of intelligent personal assistants, and users' willingness to use intelligent personal assistants has a significant positive impact on their use behavior.
