Master the rule of the construction cost, achieve rapid estimation of project cost, is of great significance to the construction industry. For rapid development of prefabricated construction, practical and accurate engineering cost index system of construction is particularly important. In this article, through comprehensive analysis of a large number of literature, reference of foreign existing research results, combined with prefabricated construction characteristics and important influencing factors of cost, the index system suitable for prefabricated building appraisal, the multivariate linear regression model is established by SPSS software, and the influence of relevant factors on unilateral project cost is studied by testing the model and optimizing the model. By solving the model, the regression equation of the output, verify the rationality of the design of index system, so as to realize an accurate evaluation of the actual project cost.
