The reliability analysis of cruise diesel engine system has significant practical significance. However, due to the complex structure of the system and the variety of subsystems and components, there are a variety of derived fault modes, and each fault mode has its own characteristics, so it is difficult to achieve a unified evaluation. Therefore, FMECA analysis method was used to divide the system structure and evaluate each fault mode quantitatively. At the same time, for the diesel engine system, combined with Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, comprehensive quantification of the system fault hidden danger grade. So as to provide some reference for the actual operation and maintenance of cruise ship, reduce the difficulty and cost of actual operation and maintenance.
