Lightweight extruded wall panels have become an important part of the energy-saving development of prefabricated buildings. In order to improve the productivity of lightweight extruded wall panels to meet their use requirements in the building construction process,the innovative improvement of the light-weight extruded wallboard extraction and ferrule system is proposed.Based on the analysis of the workflow of the extraction and ferrule system of lightweight extruded wall panels, completed the design of the positioning structure of the light extruded wall panel extraction and ferrule system, ensured that the device operates according to the intended route. Layered vertical collection is realized by L-shaped guide groove, the horizontal device adds a positioning card board to complete the mobile automation. Through the finite element analysis of the base beam, the feasibility and effectiveness of the innovative design of the light-weight extruded wall panel extraction and ferrule system are verified.
