The fuel feed line in the fuselage of civil aircraft does not produce fuel leakage and cause fire is very important for the survival of passengers in the aircraft crash. This paper focus on the crashworthiness design qualification of fuel line in the fuselage of civil aircraft to provide the safety of aircraft and the survival rate of passengers in the case of crash. And the airworthiness regulations related to the crashworthiness of aircraft fuel system, the crashworthiness design characteristics of fuel feed line in fuselage, and the fuel feed hose are analysed and qualification test are discussed. Usually, the guillotine test to qualify the hose crashworthiness ability. The method, rig, installation are also studied, and shown that recommended hose can meet the requirements of crashworthiness regulation after guillotine test.
