Construction of waste heat recovery system for precision forging

This paper calculates the heat consumption of Baicheng Zhongyi Precision Forging Co., Ltd. in winter. The heating heat consumption of the enterprise is about 4300kW. At the same time, after investigation, it is concluded that the enterprise generates a large amount of heat energy in the production process, and finally wastes the heat energy into the environment in the form of direct emission, causing high-temperature pollution to the surrounding environment. Combined with the current situation that the utilization rate of forging waste heat of the enterprise is 0%, three schemes are proposed, namely, direct waste heat recovery system, steam turbine generator waste heat recovery system and waste heat recovery system. After analysis, the waste heat recovery system is better than the other two schemes in terms of energy conversion, function realization and cost. Therefore, this paper constructs the precision forging waste heat recovery system, and the precision forging waste heat recovery subsystem provides 25% of the heat energy for the heating system. In order to improve the service life of the system, impurity filter and analytical deaerator are designed to improve the quality of water used in the system.
