Taking a domestic light weapon test target as an example, the test target is fast, and each instrument needs synchronization accuracy within hundreds of nanoseconds to meet the test requirements. A set of accurate time synchronization system is designed to provide a unified time benchmark for the test system. Based on IEEE 1588 protocol, the consistency of data acquisition timing of test equipment at each node is guaranteed, and the synchronization of PTP protocol has the disadvantages of asymmetry. The sliding mode control algorithm is used for optimization. The experimental results show that the synchronization accuracy of normal PTP and PTP with sliding mode control is 38ns and 107ns respectively.
