By analyzing the working principle of servo direct drive pump-controlled hydraulic system, the mathematical model of pressure closed-loop control system is deduced, and the simulation model of pressure closed-loop control circuit is built in AMESim. The characteristics of pressure open-loop and closed-loop of servo direct drive pump-controlled hydraulic system and the important parameters that affect the pressure closed-loop PID control characteristics, such as hydraulic cylinder leakage coefficient and PID parameters, are simulated and analyzed. The simulation results show that the dynamic performance of the pressure closed-loop control system of servo direct drive pump-controlled hydraulic system can be improved significantly by selecting the reasonable control parameters.
