With the development of modern big data analysis technology and machine learning algorithm, massive real user data can better manage the steering control of new energy vehicles. By mining massive real data of new energy vehicles and obtaining vehicle driving behavior patterns, it is helpful to conduct more in-depth and accurate research on the management algorithm of new energy vehicles. In this paper, the experimental sample of four-wheel independent traction/steering all-electric vehicle is taken as the research platform, and the special variable Angle transmission ratio of the steering system is designed. The relationship between the variable Angle transmission curve and the performance of the steering motor is analyzed. The influence of the curve on the performance of the motor is improved by means of parameter optimization. The coordination and synchronization of four steering motors in the steering system is studied. The simulation results show that the improved T-function can improve the stability of vehicle steering and prolong the service life of motor.
