Fully digital radiology is one of the main means of clinical diagnosis of diseases, and it is also a key subject of development and scientific research in countries around the world. With the development of biomedical engineering, the fully digital radiology technology suitable for clinical practice has become more and more perfect. However, due to the public's ignorance or misunderstanding of these inspection methods, more or less negative emotional states such as tension or resistance will occur, and even slight mood swings and physiological changes may affect the diagnosis results. Therefore, this paper summarizes the routine clinical examination items, and at the same time classifies the emotional reactions of patients, and carries out different psychological intervention measures for such situations, and discusses the role of psychological nursing measures for different groups of people and the results after intervention. The results show that attention is paid to the psychological care of patients with examination items, which is conducive to the development of examination and diagnosis, reduces the adverse reactions of patients, and improves the success rate and accuracy of diagnosis.
