Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), as a serious chronic disease, usually takes the occurrence of obsessive ideas, compulsive behaviors and compulsive emotions as clinical manifestations, and the course of the disease is longer, the incidence is higher, and the pain of patients is unspeakable. With the rapid development of economy and the emergence of new technologies, virtual reality technology has a great space for development at the present stage, creating a new situation for the development of psychological therapy technology. In this paper, the application of virtual reality technology in OBSessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) was searched through literature navigation. Through the review of relevant domestic and foreign studies, the research results were summarized and the application of virtual reality technology in the cognitive evaluation, behavioral evaluation and treatment of OCD was reviewed. Virtual reality technology has shown great potential in the evaluation and treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder, which makes up for the deficiency of traditional treatment methods, but it still has room for further development.
