In 3D printing and biological simulation, it is essential to work to generate a high-quality three-dimensional mesh of the neuron. In previous work, simple geometry often represents cell body local mesh, which loses the actual cell body shape. This paper proposes an algorithm combining the marching cubes method and image segmentation method to make the cell body mesh have simulation characteristics and promote the further study of neurons. The mesh stitching algorithm fused the cell body and neurite mesh to obtain the whole brain neural element mesh. Experiments verify the feasibility and stability of the algorithm and verify the simulation characteristics of the generated cell body mesh.
