With the development of artificial intelligence, its important product service robot has become common. However, many customers are still skeptical of robots and reluctant to use them. Therefore, this paper analyzes the path of trust formation from the perspective of robot function and cuteness. The results show that both robot function and cuteness affect customers' perception of service robot service quality, and service result quality and service interaction quality are important influencing factors for customers' trust in service robots.
