In recent years, the public has become more and more concerned about health, but there is no better mechanism to supervise and feedback people's exercise effect. Based on this, this paper mainly focuses on urging people to exercise continuously and improve their self-quality through a system based on the integral and self-feedback mechanism. The core algorithm of the whole system is mainly divided into two parts. The first is the single integral formed by the exerciser's weighted calculation from dimensions including physical fitness, exercise type, exercise time, and exercise heart rate. The second is to make statistics from the continuity of exercisers' movements to form the total exercise points. If the continuity is good, the total points will increase. If the continuity is poor, the total points will decrease. The body data of the exercisers during exercise is collected through the Bluetooth bracelet, processed on the smartphone, and verified by algorithmically generating exercise points. Through the follow-up survey of exercisers, it is found that the change of total points is positively correlated with the change of the exerciser's physical state, which shows that the self-feedback of integral mechanism has a good effect in promoting people to exercise and maintain physical health.
