Due to its clean, high-efficiency, safe and sustainable development characteristics, hydrogen energy is regarded as the most promising clean energy worldwide. The hydrogen energy industry has been included in China's "14th Five-Year Plan." With the rapid development of the hydrogen energy industry in China, the large-scale construction of hydrogenation stations will face substantial safety problems. In this paper, the fault tree analysis (FTA) method is used to carry out a comprehensive risk analysis and judgment on the hydrogenation stations, sort out the dangerous and harmful factors, and put forward preventive countermeasures in the operation of the hydrogenation stations, so as to ensure its safe and long-term operation and resolutely curb the occurrence of serious accidents.
