With the rapid development of urbanization, the rapid expansion of the scale of the power grid and the rapid development of the power industry, many industries on the quality of electricity and reliable power put forward new requirements, permanent magnetic operating mechanism is an important component of circuit breakers, this paper first introduced the background and mathematical model of permanent magnetic vacuum circuit breakers, and then on the Ansys Maxwell platform to establish a single-steady permanent magnetic vacuum circuit breaker two-dimensional axis symmetrical electromagnetic field model, using finite meta-analysis method to obtain the dynamics of permanent magnets. This paper analyzes the influence of the key factors such as permanent magnet material, capacitor precharge pressure and coil turn number on the drive force, speed and splitting time of the reprehension disk, and obtains the best parameter interval for the circuit breaker to run properly, which provides some simulation method and theoretical guidance for the optimal design of the permanent magnet operating mechanism.
