Historically, the problem of new energy overspeed planning and construction in China has been prominent. Relying solely on traditional thermal power has great pressure on peak shaving, which is difficult to deal with the intermittency and volatility of new energy power generation, resulting in a severe consumption situation. It is urgent to explore ideas and innovate to solve the difficulties of new energy consumption. In recent years, electric energy substitution has been paid more and more attention, and has become an important driving force of the revolution on the energy consumption side. This paper proposes a method to expand the load volume, improve the load response load proportion, and promote the user side to solve the problem of new energy consumption through electric energy substitution. According to the transaction characteristics of different users, this paper studies and puts forward the statistical analysis method of users' consumption of renewable energy, which can effectively evaluate the consumption ability of users for new energy.
