Aiming at the problem of low data accuracy and recall rate of information extraction and decision-making in the process of power grid business push, in order to improve the application effect of power grid core business system and optimize the overall business function structure of power grid core system, the push content model and user model are established to represent user information, calculate the correlation value of various information, and optimize the push content rules and the push content decision-making method of on-site operation and maintenance of power grid core business system, The alarm information is divided into four categories to obtain the alarm threshold. The experimental results show that its accuracy and recall rate have been maintained at more than 93%, and the information utilization rate is high. It realizes the optimization of the core business system of the power grid and has practical significance.
