Optimization and Simulation of operation flow of Cainiao Station based on Anylogic

Taking the Cainiao Station of Shandong J University as an example, this paper focuses on the analysis of its operation mode and the factors affecting the operation efficiency, obtains the existing problems of the Cainiao Station by using the modeling and simulation technology of Anylogic software, and optimizes the spatial layout and operation mode of the Cainiao Station in combination with the field investigation and current simulation results. According to the simulation data, the average time of express delivery and warehousing is shortened by 28.26 min, and the average time of customer pick-up is shortened by 0.44 min, indicating that the improved scheme greatly improves the operation efficiency of Cainiao Station.
