Because traditional thromboelastometry is prone to high requirements on the working environment and cannot work with the automated mechanical sample adding system, this largely limits the efficiency improvement of coagulation function testing and hinders the process of automated testing. Aiming at this problem, this paper designs a new coagulation signal acquisition and processing system, and studies its key technologies. The characteristics of the coagulation signal were analyzed. In view of the problem that the coagulation signal was submerged in the probe vibration interference in the early stage, the weak coagulation elastic signal was extracted by the chaos theory method based on the Duffing oscillator, and the weak signal extraction under the strong noise interference was realized.
