In order to solve the problem that the computer processing performance of industrial scenes is low and the national production of software and hardware is not realized, a 6U reinforced computer module solution based on Loongson3A4000 processor and JARI-Works embedded operating system is proposed in this paper. The module adopts CPEX bus architecture and is matched with 7A1000 bridge chip of Loongson company. The interfaces provided include serial port RS232, Ethernet, USB, SATA, PS/2, CPEX bus interface and other common interfaces, as well as can bus interface commonly used in industrial field; In order to meet the demand of high-definition display, JM7200 graphics card chip of JingJiaWei is externally connected to PCIe bus interface to realize independent display, and supports 4-channel HDMI interface with resolution up to 4K; Kunlun firmware is used as the boot program of computer module. The heat dissipation structure uses the steam chamber temperature equalizing plate to improve the heat conduction efficiency.
