Under the new situation, the construction progress control of the project is affected by the external conditions of regional characteristics, policy environment, natural conditions, construction team capacity, and in the super-scale projects of UHV, the status of progress management is more important. This paper introduces the WBS architecture into the progress management of the UHV project, uses the correlation analysis method to construct the construction period and total duration of the main process, and identifies the important processes combined with the analysis results. It can carry on key management for important processes, put forward targeted progress control plans, and comprehensively improve the level of project construction progress control and the ability to optimize resource allocation.
