Application of Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making in Power Grid Investment Strategies

In order to reduce investment losses to meet the needs of power grid planning and management of energy administration, a fuzzy multiple attribute group decision making is presented to give a leading role during investment decision making. The power grid investment evaluation system is constructed. Then the weights of attribute are calculated by reciprocal judgment matrices and the attribute values are determined by a group of experts based on interval fuzzy numbers. Finally, seven projects as examples for quantitative evaluation are taken, which can efficiently prove the feasibility of the decision model.
