With the rapid development of aerospace technology, the development requirements of spacecraft components are more and more strict, as well as the detection of multipactor effect of high-power microwave load. Nulling unit plays a key role in the nulling detection method for multipactor effect. Aiming at the problems of overwhelming calibration points and low calibration accuracy of the analog control module in the nulling unit, an interpolation algorithm based on KPLS is proposed. Firstly, the existing calibration data are projected into the kernel space, then the PLS algorithm is used for modeling, the interpolation calculation is finally done to improve the calibration efficiency and the accuracy. The effect of the method is verified through experiments.
