An energy aggregation strategy of regional integrated energy system under active isolated operation state is proposed in this paper. Through the proposed strategy, the capacity and efficiency of energy accumulation under emergency mode of all kinds of power and stockpile equipment is significantly improved. First, according to the characteristic analysis of the adjustable capacity in the area, the emergency power supply model is established. Then, the immune clonal algorithm is introduced to the model and the feasibility and effectiveness is verified by a real case. The stratgy proposed in this paper arouse the dormant resources to a great extent, which make full use of the superiority of the distributed energy storage and improve the reliability of regional power consumption. Meanwhile, it provides a new idea and lays a practical foundation for the future development of power grid.
