With the continuous progress of digital radio frequency memory (DRFM) technology, Interrupted sampling repeater jamming (ISRJ) has become the important research direction of electronic countermeasures (ECM). This paper proposes a novel parameter estimation method for ISRJ. Firstly, based on the pulse compression results, the parameter estimation model for ISRJ is established as nonlinear integer optimization problem. Then, to facilitate the estimation of ISRJ parameters with low complexity, the above model is converted into integer and continuous optimization models, respectively. Finally, the alternating direction method of multipliers (ADMM) is employed to estimate the intermittent sampling paramters of ISRJ. Numerical simulations demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
