Energy storage system (ESS) is an effective way of voltage regulation, its reasonable configuration is significant for photovoltaic (PV) hosting capacity improvement. In addition, the degree of coupling of cyber-physical system (CPS) is increasing so that its effect should be considered in planning. For this reason, a two-layer collaborative planning model of ESS and its communication network (CN) considering CPS coupling effect is proposed to solve voltage over-limit problem, with regarding economy, robustness, etc. as objects. The improved NSGA-II and BPSO are used for case study, and the results show that the method realizes the ESS collaborative planning considering the coupling effect of CPS. The schemes obtained have better economic benefits and control performance, so that have obviously practical guiding significance.
