The scientific management of water conservancy projects is a prerequisite for ensuring the steady operation of water conservancy projects, which are important infrastructures for safeguarding the green development of our agriculture, industry and ecology. However, China's current water conservancy project management has a low degree of information technology, has not formed a systematic management model and management difficulties, and other problems, can not meet the requirements of China's water information technology, resulting in serious water waste and environmental pollution. Based on this status quo, this paper designs and develops a water conservancy project management information system based on computer application technology. The system gives full play to the dynamic monitoring of water resources by 3S technology and the efficient sharing of information by computer application technology, etc. It designs and develops a highly feasible water resources project management module to improve the information level of water resources project management.
