With the development of society, buildings become increasingly intelligent, central air conditioning monitoring system is an important part of the building. The current central air conditioning monitoring system is mostly manual control, and its automation degree can’t meet the needs of the current intelligent building. At the same time, aiming at the difference of people's temperature sensitivity, the current air conditioning monitoring system cannot realize the dynamic temperature control. In this paper, an intelligent building central air conditioning monitoring system based on PLC and Fuzzy Logic is built, and the overall design scheme, software and hardware design method of the system are given. This paper proposes an automatic strategy to turn on and turn off air conditioner according to the working time and whether the room is occupied or not. An intelligent controller based on fuzzy logic theory is designed to dynamically control temperature according to different temperature sensitive groups, different time and different ambient temperatures. Through simulation experiments, the system can realize manual control, automatic control, and can control temperature intelligently and dynamically according to different thermal comfort requirements of different temperature sensitive people in different time periods and different ambient temperatures, so as to create an energy-saving, intelligent and comfortable working environment.
