In the traditional industrial production line scenario, it is difficult to grasp the real-time operation of the equipment in the production line, which affects the decision-making and control of the overall production. At the same time, in the process of remote control and data processing of production line equipment using industrial Ethernet, it is easy to have cyber security accidents such as production data leakage. To address these problems, this paper designs a production line control system that combines digital twin technology as well as blockchain and prophecy machine technologies. This proposal explores three aspects, namely, the establishment of the virtual production line, the transmission and processing of realtime production data, and the real-time mapping and optimization adjustment of the production line; the technical means to build this system are introduced in detail, and the feasibility of this system is verified theoretically.
