Based on the ideas of TOPSIS method and linear programming, this paper establishes the enterprise raw material ordering and transportation model, and solves the following problems: using TOPSIS method, this paper comprehensively evaluates 402 suppliers, establishes the enterprise raw material ordering model, and gives the most important fifty suppliers to ensure the production of the enterprise. The variance of the expected supply quantity of raw materials in the future is calculated by Excel, and the variance of the expected supply quantity of raw materials in the future is the smallest, which is calculated by Excel; At last, the paper discusses how to make the lowest weekly loss transfer plan in the next 24 weeks under the condition of the loss rate of the forwarder.
